Bulldogs hit the mats in Moorcroft

The Bulldog wrestling team faced strong competition this weekend at the Dylan Humes Memorial Mixer in Moorcroft, which featured many teams from across the region.

On the girls' side, Savanah Peterson had a solid weekend, earning a 4th place finish in the 190 weight class. Teammate Shyla Shoun went 1-2 at the mixer.

In the boys' division, three Bulldogs placed in the top five of their respective weight classes. Keaton Mayberry went 2-1 for the weekend, taking a hard-earned 2nd place finish, while teammates Cash Peterson and Tel Marchant both went 3-1, earning third place finishes.

Wudzie Zaato and Kale Harless each ended the weekend 2-2 for the Bulldogs and Lyman Halverson battled hard, but went 0-2 at the Mixer. 

The Bulldog grapplers will build on their experience as they prepare to wrestle in Wheatland this week.
