Kid Prints, Inc. has announced a $10,000 grant awarded from the Wyoming Community Foundation to help fund general operating costs and maintenance. Kid Prints, Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving Sundance and the surrounding areas with childcare and preschool services.
Kid Prints, Inc. has worked to provide quality care and a positive experience for children from six weeks to ten years old and believes funds received will strengthen the work being done.
President of the Board, Naomi Jacobson, says that, "Kid Prints will optimize this grant's funding to aid with the ever-rising operating cost without passing that burden onto the families we serve. These costs include staff training and wages, classroom supplies, utilities, and insurance premiums. With the economic challenges many childcare centers are facing, this grant is providing us with options without having to substantially increase tuition rates.
"As a board, we are very grateful and thankful for the continued support from members of our loving community. Without the many contributions, donations, sponsorships, and the Wyoming Community Foundation Grant, our future would be uncertain. We are now able to move forward for another year and are excited to see the positive impact we can make in our community."
