In the recent article regarding the restitution hearing for the case in which a father-son duo who marked their neighbor’s cattle with bleach were ordered to pay just under $10,000 in restitution, we incorrectly stated that father Patrick Sean Carroll was given a sentence of suspended jail time and a $750 fine.

The sentence was actually given to son Tucker Carroll.
