NOTICE OF SUBDIVISION HEARING

FOR APPLICATION OF SUBDIVISION PERMIT

Be advised that Schloredt Land, LLC, P.O. Box 1064, Sundance, WY 82729, is hereby giving notice of an application for a subdivision permit for a Minor Subdivision. The proposed Schloredt No. 1 Minor Subdivision lies in the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 24, T51N, R62W, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming.

The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a hearing to review the application and plat of the Schloredt No. 1 Minor Subdivision on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Crook County Courthouse Basement Community Room, 309 E. Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming.
