CROOK COUNTY LAND USE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES AT THE COURTHOUSE IN SUNDANCE, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING

7:00 p.m. Present were Chairman Morgan Ellsbury, Member Ralph Goodson, Member Dustin Buckmiller by phone, Vice-Chairman Randy Leinen, and Member Mary Yemington were absent. The guest in attendance was Callie Hilty.

Member Ralph Goodson moved to adopt the agenda as presented; Member Dustin Buckmiller seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Member Ralph Goodson moved to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held May 13, 2024; Member Dustin Buckmiller seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Chairman Morgan Ellsbury opened the Douglas No. 1 Minor Subdivision hearing at 7:03 p.m. by asking Callie Hilty, Surveyor, to explain the subdivision application and plat. Discussion was held, and Member Ralph Goodson moved to approve the subdivision as presented; Member Dustin Buckmiller seconded, all ayes, and the motion carried. Chairman Morgan Ellsbury closed the hearing at 7:10 p.m.

Chairman Morgan Ellsbury opened the discussion concerning the election of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, and Member Ralph Goodson moved to postpone the election until the September meeting. Member Dustin Buckmiller seconded all ayes, motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m. to meet in regular session on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Crook County Courthouse Basement Community Room in Sundance, Wyoming.
