PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AT THE COURTHOUSE IN SUNDANCE, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING

8:30 o’clock a.m. Present were Chairman Fred M. Devish, via conference call, Vice-Chairman Kelly B. Dennis, via conference call, Member Bob Latham and County Clerk Melissa Jones.

Bob moved to approve a letter in comment to the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service Amendments to the Land Management Plans to Address Old-Growth Forests Across the National Forest System Draft Environmental Impact Statement and for the clerk to use the chairman’s signature stamp. Kelly seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Kelly moved to approve a letter in comment to the Rock Springs Resource Management Plan (RMP) Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) and for the clerk to use the chairman’s signature stamp. Bob seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 8:35 o’clock a.m. to meet in regular session on October 1 & 2, 2024 at 8:30 o’clock a.m., in the Commissioner’s Room at the Courthouse in Sundance, Wyoming.
