NOTICE OF COMPLETION

AND

FINAL ACCEPTANCE

In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 16-6-116, Wyoming State Statutes, 1977 Revised Edition, Crook County Road & Bridge, hereby give notice that Croell, Inc., whose address is 5750 Swanson Rd, Gillette, WY 82716, as prime contractor, has completed the Warren Peak Road Overlay project in accordance with the specifications and rules set forth in the contract entered into by the Crook County Road & Bridge and Croell, Inc. on the effective date of September 4th, 2024.

Final Acceptance having been made and the contractor being entitled to final settlement under above contract, final payment is now due the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract. Any disputed claims for material and labor performed under the contract should be made to the 309 Cleveland St, Sundance, WY 82729 prior to the final payment.

Said final payment will be made on October 16th, 2024, said date being the 41st day from the publishing of this acceptance.
