The Sundance Lady Bulldogs faced a true test of skill and determination as they traveled to Gillette this past weekend to compete in the Gillette Invite. With a total of six games, the team found themselves up against a variety of opponents, including several larger 4A schools, out-of-state teams, and their ever-familiar 2A competition.
Throughout the tournament, the Sundance team showed their resilience, holding their own in many close sets. Their defense was led by Blakely Gill, who was able to rack up 98 digs throughout the course of the tourney.
