NOTICE OF FILING VERIFIED PETITION TO ESTABLISH RIGHTS UPON DEATH OF OWNER OF ESTATE BY THE ENTIRETIES IN REALTY

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID PROBATE:

You are hereby notified that a Verified Petition has been filed with the above Court pursuant to Wy. Stat. Ann. § 2-9-101 to obtain a decree from the Court that an Estate by Entireties vested in Louise C. and William J. Linch when they purchased and obtained title to the Real Property described below as husband and wife on September 23, 1941, and that the Estate by Entireties became solely vested in William J. Linch on March 4, 1989, as a result of the death of Decedent Louise C. Linch, to-wit:

The northeast quarter, the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section thirty-two, the west half, the west half of the northeast quarter, and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section thirty-three in Township fifty-eight north of Range sixty-six west of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming, containing 640 acres, more or less, according to the Government Survey thereof; together with any and all improvements situate thereon or thereunto appertaining or belonging.

You are further notified that after two weeks publication a hearing on said Petition will be held.
