NOTICE OF SUBDIVISION HEARING

FOR APPLICATION OF SUBDIVISION PERMIT

Be advised that Kevin & Shelley Rehbein, 932 Old Sundance Rd, Moorcroft, WY 82721, is hereby giving notice of an application for a subdivision permit for a Minor Subdivision Re-plat. The proposed Ferguson Minor Subdivision Replat of Lot 2 lies in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 12, T50N, R66W, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming.

The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a hearing to review the application and plat of the Ferguson Minor Subdivision Re-plat of Lot 2 on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Crook County Courthouse Basement Community Room, 309 E. Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming.
