NOTICE OF FINAL SUBDIVISION HEARING

Be advised that Flying C Ranch, LLC, PO Box 1398, Sundance, WY 82729 is hereby giving notice of a final subdivision hearing for a minor subdivision application. The proposed Douglas No. 1 Minor Subdivision lies in the E1/2NE1/4 of Section 7, T49N, R63W, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming.

The Board of Crook County Commissioners will hold a final hearing to approve, conditionally approve or deny the application and plat of the Douglas No. 1 Minor Subdivision on Tuesday, September 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Room at the Crook County Courthouse, 309 Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming.
