NOTICE OF SUBDIVISION HEARING

FOR APPLICATION OF SUBDIVISION PERMIT

Be advised that Flying C Ranch, LLC, PO Box 1398, Sundance, WY 82729, is hereby giving notice of an application for a subdivision permit for a Minor Subdivision. The proposed Douglas No. 1 Minor Subdivision lies in the E1/2NE1/4 of Section 7, T49N, R63W, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming.

The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a hearing to review the application and plat of the Douglas No. 1 Minor Subdivision on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Crook County Courthouse Basement Community Room, 309 E. Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming.
