NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Donna G. Gantz has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein she prays that the following-described property be set over and distributed, pursuant to the Rule of Descent, W.S. §2-4-101, to Donna G. Gantz, Randy E. Gantz, Twila K. Steben, Joe W. Gantz, Carla R. Dorsett, Willard A. Gantz and Richard S. Gantz:

A tract of land located in the SW¼SE¼ of Section 11, T55N, R64W of the 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the SE1/16 corner of said Section 11, said point being a 2½” A1. Cap stamped LS2079;

Thence S00°11’10”E along the East 1/16 line of said Section 11 for a distance of 1341.22’ to the East 1/16 corner between Sections 11 and 14, said point being a 2½” A1. cap stamped LS2079;

Thence S89°56’42”W along the South boundary of said Section 11 for a distance of 325.00’ to a plastic survey cap stamped LS2079;

Thence N13°26’32”E for a distance of 1379.30’ to the point of beginning.

Said tract contains 5.00 acres more or less.

Also known as Tract G2, as shown on the attached map, being a part of Tract G as shown on the certain Map of Survey recorded in File 321, Map 1232 of the records of Crook County, Wyoming.

If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, July 18, 2024, the Court shall enter such a decree.
