You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Aileen Gay Arnold has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein she prays that pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of the decedent, the following-described property be set over and distributed to Aileen Gay Arnold and Brian Roberts, Successor Co-Trustees of the Roberts Family Trust dated August 23, 2013:

Butler by Deed dated May 26, 1947, recorded in Book 104 of Deeds, page 319
