DTNHA Scholarships awarded

istory Association Board of Directors are pleased to announce the 2024 DTNHA Scholarship recipients. Congratulations to Abigail Palus from Hulett and Riley Banker from Sundance! 

Abigail Palus has lived in Hulett, Wyoming for the past 16.5 years. She is the third of six kids with four sisters and one brother.

Abigail has been homeschooled throughout her education and participated in cross-country and track with the Hulett High School. In her spare time, Abigail enjoys playing piano and French horn as well as crafting.

This fall, she will attend Bob Jones University to pursue a bachelor's degree in biblical counseling. With this degree she wants to bring hope to those who are needy and help those who are mentally or physically challenged. 

Riley Banker is from Sundance. She is currently serving as the Wyoming FFA Parliamentarian.

She is active in a score of extracurricular activities, including basketball, track and Student Council. Riley will be attending Laramie Community College in Cheyenne to become a radiologic technician.  

Devils Tower Natural History Association established an annual scholarship award in 2018, available to students who attend schools in the Devils Tower surrounding area. Applications are available to graduating seniors through the offices of the Hulett, Moorcroft and Sundance guidance counselors' offices each spring.
