NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Judy L. Wright has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein she prays that pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Hughlet K. Etheridge, the following-described property be set over and distributed to James P. Etheridge, aka Jim P. Etheridge, aka Jim Etheridge and Juanita Siemers:

A twenty percent (20%) interest in and to all of the oil, gas, and other minerals in, under, and that may be produced from the following described lands:

Township 49 North, Range 68 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming

Section 1: Lot 1

Containing 40.06 acres, more or less

Net mineral acres owned by decedent 8.012

If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, June 13, 2024, the Court shall enter such a decree.
