WY 620 – Sunnyside Amendment

The American Colloid Company, a Minerals Technologies Incorporated Company of Bethlehem, PA has filed a regular mining permit amendment application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the mining of bentonite in Crook County, Wyoming. The amendment area is approximately nine miles northwest of Colony, Wyoming north of Highway 212. The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or Sheridan Office of the Land Quality Division. The application will be readvertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality.
