NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that an Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Crook County, Wyoming, by Judy M. Stephens, Gary Stephens, Debbie Harris and Deana Miller pursuant to Wyoming Statute §2-1-205, seeking to establish the right and title to the following described real property in the names of Judy M. Stephens, Gary Stephens, Debbie Harris and Deana Miller:

REAL PROPERTY

a. Lot 15, Block 5, Town of Alva, Crook County, Wyoming

b. Lots 18, 20 and 22, Block 2, Town of Alva, Crook County, Wyoming

c. An undivided one-twelfth (1/12) interest in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

Township 55 North, Range 64 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming

Section 3: Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, N½SW¼, NW¼SE¼

Township 56 North, Range 64 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming

Section 34: E½SE¼

Section 35: N½S½

Hearing on this matter is scheduled for the 9th day of May, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. in the Crook County Courthouse, Sundance, Wyoming.

Persons objecting to the application shall file an objection with the District Court not later than twenty (20) days following the mailing of the Notice of Application for Summary Distribution of Real and Personal Property or within thirty (30) days following the date of first publication of this notice. If the District Court does not receive written objection, the Applicants will request the Court enter a Decree of Distribution consistent with the Applicants’ Application.
