CROOK COUNTY LAND USE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES AT THE COURTHOUSE IN SUNDANCE, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING

7:02 p.m. Present were Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury, Vice-Chairman, Randy Leinen, Member, Ralph Goodson, and Member, Dustin Buckmiller. Absent was Member, Mary Yemington. Guests in attendance were Collin Massie, Vince Waters, Kelly Dennis and Joe Baron.

Vice-Chairman, Randy Leinen moved to accept the agenda as presented; Member, Ralph Goodson seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Vice-Chairman, Randy Leinen moved to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held December 11, 2023, as written; Member, Dustin Buckmiller seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury opened the continued hearing for the Massie Estates Minor Subdivision at 7:04 p.m. by asked Collin Massie, Developer if he had any comments; discussion was held concerning the private access road. Joe Baron, County Attorney informed the commission members about the statutory requirement for a subdivision perimeter fence. Discussion was held and Vice-Chairman, Randy Leinen moved to pass the Massie Estates Minor Subdivision on to the Board of County Commissioners with the recommendation of approval, Member, Ralph Goodson seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Chairman, Morgan Ellsbury closed the continued hearing for the Massie Estates Minor Subdivision at 7:26 p.m.

The meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m. to meet in regular session on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Crook County Courthouse Jury Room in Sundance, Wyoming.
