NOTICE OF SUBDIVISON HEARING

FOR APPLICATION OF SUBDIVISION PERMIT

Be advised that Steven & Holly Waliezer, 8 Granite Drive, Moorcroft, WY 82721 is hereby giving notice of an application for subdivision permit for a Minor Subdivision. The proposed Inyan Kara Creek Minor Subdivision lies in the W1/2SW1/4 of Section 13, E1/2SE1/4 Section 14, NE1/4NE1/4 Section 23, NW1/4NW1/4 Section 24, T50N, R65W, of the 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming.

The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a hearing to review the application and plat of the Inyan Kara Creek Minor Subdivision on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Crook County Courthouse Basement Community Room, 309 Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming.
