NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

Pursuant to the Order of the Court, real property consisting of mineral interests shall be sold via public sale.

The property to be sold is described as all right, title or interest held by the Estate of Henry Clay Moore, Probate No. 5073, 6th Judicial District, Crook County, Wyoming located in:

T49N, R67W, 6TH P.M., Crook County, Wyoming

Section 25: NWNE, S2N2, NWSW

Section 26: N2SE

Containing approximately 320 acres, more or less

No warranties of any kind, (title or otherwise) are provided by the estate. The property is being sold “as is, where is”.

The bids shall be submitted to the office of Stevens, Edwards & Hallock, P.C. in person, via email to [email protected] or facsimile to 307-687-2896.

The bid shall contain the name, address and phone number of the bidder, the amount bid and be sworn to and notarized in accordance with law. The bid shall be submitted not later than noon on February 27, 2024.

The highest bidder, upon payment of the bid amount, by certified or other immediately collectible funds, shall receive a mineral quitclaim deed to the property upon confirmation of the sale by the Court. The failure to remit the required amount will result in the property being sold to the next highest bidder under the same terms and conditions.

Any and all bids may be rejected by the personal representative.
