NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE

TAKE NOTICE that on the 11th day of March, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM at the front door of the Courthouse in Crook County, Sundance, Wyoming, the Sheriff of Crook County, Wyoming, or his Deputy, or some person appointed by him, shall sell to the highest bidder of the right, title and interest of:

Johnson Business Solutions, LLC

2225 Riverview Lane

Laurel, MT 59044

in that certain Oil and Gas Well know as the Warbonnet 17-49-67 1TH, covering all of the Oil and Gas Leases owned or claimed by Johnson Business Solutions, LLC in and covering the following described lands situate in Crook County, Wyoming, to-wit:

Township 49 North, Range 67 West, 6th PM

Section 16: N1/2

Section 17: N1/2

The name of the Mortgagor is Johnson Business Solutions, LLC, and the name of the Mortgagee is:

Oildigger Resources Fund I, LLLP

2812 1st Avenue North, Suite 434

Billings, MT 59101

The date of the mortgage is pursuant to that certain Joint Operating Agreement between Oildigger Resources Fund I, LLLP as the Operator, and Johnson Business Solutions, LLC, and others, as a Non-Operator, dated July 17, 2023, and recorded January 16, 2024 in Book 668, Page 489, records of Crook County, Wyoming. The amount claimed to be due at the date of this Notice is $19,999.71, together with accruing expenses for the Warbonnet 17-49-67 1TH Well, described above, and together with interest thereon and reasonable legal fees and costs of foreclosure. The Gross Working Interest of Johnson Business Solutions, LLC in and to the above named Well and lands is believed to be 0.379608%.

The property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale and any prospective purchasers should research the status of Title before submitting a bid.

This sale may be continued from time to time upon appropriate notice.
