Smith instituted an action in the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District of the State of Wyoming in and for Crook County, in the above-captioned case, requesting to be appointed as the wrongful death representative for the statutory wrongful death claimants of Nels J. Smith, deceased. Any person claiming to qualify under Wyoming Statute § 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right.
