The Bulldog wrestling team competed this past weekend at the 26-team Lander Invitational. This is a tournament with an equal split of 4A, 3A and 2Aa teams mostly from the western side of the state.
Competing for the boys were Tel Marchant 2-2 at 113, Lyman Halverson 0-2 at 120, Karter Mayberry 0-2 at 132 lbs., Elijah Cortez 0-2 at 132 lbs., Cole Van Horn 0-2 at 138 and Wyatt Flahaven 1-2 at 157 lbs.
In the girls' division, Lily Lindholm finished 0-2 at 125 lbs. and Shyla Shoun finished in sixth place with a 1-2 record.
The Bulldog wrestling team will be on the road this Friday and Saturday in Belle Fourche for the always-difficult Belle Fourche Invitational.
