NOTICE OF FINAL SUBDIVISION HEARING

Be advised that Collin Massie, P.O. Box 1063, Moorcroft, WY 82721 is hereby giving notice of a final subdivision hearing for a minor subdivision application. The proposed Massie Estates Minor Subdivision lies in the NE¼SE¼ of Section 17, T50N, R66W, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming.

The Board of Crook County Commissioners will hold a final hearing to approve, conditionally approve or deny the application and plat of the Massie Estate Minor Subdivision on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Room at the Crook County Courthouse, 309 East Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming 82729.
