NOTICE OF HEARING TO ALTER A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ROAD

NO. 282 KNOWN AS THE REED ROAD

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

The Board of County Commissioners of Crook County, Wyoming has resolved in Resolution No. 2023 – 21 pursuant to Wyoming Statute 24-3-101 et seq. and W.S. 34-12-106 through 111, to commence proceedings to alter a portion of a public road known as the Reed Road located following described property, and more particularly described on the maps attached to the Petition, to-wit:

T.50N., R.62W. OF THE 6TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING

SECTION 15: SW1/4NE1/4; NW1/4SE1/4;

And the Reed Subdivision recorded at Instrument No. 585590 located at File 452 Map 1414

Copies of the proposed alteration petitions with maps of survey, the viewers oath and report, resolution to proceed and this notice are available upon request from the County Clerk and are located in the Office of the Crook County Clerk in the Courthouse in Sundance, Wyoming or at the “Public Notices” tab at http://www.crookcounty.wy.gov

All objections thereto and or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk of Crook County at P. O. Box 37 Sundance, WY 82729 on or before noon on February 6, 2024, or the road will be ALTERED without reference to such objections or claims for damages on February 6, 2024, at 3:30 P.M.

If there are any objections, this matter shall be set for hearing with notice by first class mail at a later date.
