NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE YELLOWSTONE L&R RANCH IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICT

BEFORE THE BOARD OF CROOK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with W.S. §22-29-109 that a hearing is to be held on behalf of those petitioning for a service and improvement district before the County Commissioners as follows:

1. The name of the proposed district shall be the “Yellowstone L&R Ranch Improvement and Service District.”

2. The proposed district is located within Crook County, Wyoming, and the boundaries of the district and the land situated therein are described with particularity as follows:

Township 55 North, Range 65 West, 6th P.M., Crook County, WY

Sec 10 – All

Sec 11 – S1/2S1/2

Sec 12 – SW1/4

Sec 13 - W1/2, W1/2NE1/4

Sec 14 – All

Sec 15 – All

3. The purpose of the district and the description of the improvements and services to be provided by the district are to repair and maintain the common roads within the proposed district; however, the proposed district will not maintain any private easements or right of way located within the district boundaries. The proposed district may also provide subdivision governance for the homeowners within the district and may provide any other legal purpose authorized by law.

4. The proposed sources of funding the projects would be a monthly assessment for the tracts in the district to establish a fund for service, repair and maintenance of the common roads located within the district and to provide any other service or benefit as may be approved by the homeowners and allowed by law.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the time and place of the hearing shall be: Wednesday the 3rd day of January 2024, at 2:00 P.M., in the Crook County Commissioner’s Room in the Courthouse, in Sundance, Wyoming.

All written requests for exclusion from the proposed district or inclusion of land into the proposed district shall be heard and considered. All interested persons shall be heard concerning any and all matters affecting the creation of the district.
