Billie Jo Bauman

Billie Jo was born in Casper, Wyoming, on July 10, 1970. Billie Jo succumbed to pancreatic cancer. She fought a great fight. She moved to Rapid City to finish her life with her pride and joy, her son, Cody Bauman. She often stated she found her happy place. I believe it was divine providence that she died on her gramma, Billie’s birthdate.

Billie Jo Bauman, 53, of Rapid City, South Dakota, died Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at Monument Health Hospice House.

She is survived by her son, Cody of Rapid City; her mom, Teresa and stepdad, Joe Stefan of Pine Haven, Wyoming; sister, Jessica (Ron) Jones; brother, Casey (Anna) Attaway; nieces, Madison, Ashlynn and Samantha Attaway of Casper; aunt, Jackie; uncles, Alan, Phillip and Deno.

She has been cremated. As she wished there will be no services. A celebration of her life will be at the cabin in July for her birthday.
