NOTICE OF SUBDIVISON HEARING

FOR APPLICATION OF SUBDIVISION PERMIT

Be advised that Collin Massie, P.O. Box 1063, Moorcroft, WY 82721 is hereby giving notice of an application for subdivision permit for a Minor Subdivision. The proposed Massie Estates Minor Subdivision lies in the NE¼ SE¼ of Section 17, T50N, R66W, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming.

The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a hearing to review the application and plat of the Massie Estate Minor Subdivision on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Crook County Courthouse Jury Room, 309 Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming 82729.
