NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that an Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Crook County, Wyoming, by Lyle Baumeister, pursuant to W.S. §§ 2-1-201 and 2-1-205 and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Last Will and Testament of Daisy Bell Baumeister, seeking to establish the right and title to the following described mineral interests in Crook County, Wyoming, in the name Lyle Baumeister:

An undivided interest in the Spirit (Minnelusa “A”) Unit which is located in, on, and under the following described real estate in Crook County, Wyoming:

Township 54 North, Range 68 West, 6th P.M.

Section 26: S½SE¼;

Section 35: Lot 1, Lot 2, E½ of Lot 3, E½SE¼NW¼, Lot 6; and,

An undivided interest in the Lily (Minnelusa “A”) Unit which is located in, on, and under the following described real estate in Crook County, Wyoming:

Township 54 North, Range 68 West, 6th P.M.

Section 26: Lot 7 (NW¼SW¼), Lot 8 (SW¼SW¼), Lot 9 (SE¼SW¼);

Section 27: Lot 7 (NE¼SE¼), Lot 8 (NW¼SE¼), Lot 13 (SW¼SE¼), Lot 14 (SE¼SE¼);

Section 34: Lot 1 (NW¼NE¼), NE¼NE¼, Lot 4 (SW¼NE¼), Lot 5 (SE¼NE¼), NW¼SE¼, NE¼SE¼;

Section 35: W½ Lot 3 (W½NE¼NW¼), Lot 4 (NW¼NW¼), Lot 5 (SW¼NW¼), W½SE¼NW¼, Lot 10 (NW¼SW¼).

BE ADVISED that if no objection to the Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication below the court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property located in Wyoming without further proceedings.

BE FURTHER ADVISED that if an objection to the Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property is filed with the Clerk of the above entitled Court at PO Box 406, Sundance, WY 82729, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication below, the court shall set the matter for a hearing, after which the court shall enter an order either denying or granting the application for a decree of summary distribution of property.
