The Upton-Sundance Patriots put one more win in the books on Friday with a 28-0 victory over the Glenrock Herders. It was the Patriots who found their way onto the scoreboard first as senior quarterback Keaton Mills made his way into the endzone on a four-yard rushing touchdown.
Shortly thereafter, teammate Eli Gill ran his way onto the scoreboard with an eight-yard rushing touchdown, securing a 14-0 lead at halftime. The Patriot defense continued to hold strong throughout the second half of play, not allowing the Herders onto the board for the night, while the offense added 14 more points to the board and ended their season with a 28-0 victory over the Herders.
Despite the win, the 2022 football season came to a close for the Upton-Sundance Patriots who finished the season with a 4-4 overall record and 3-4 in the conference.
