LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to W.S. §4-10-507:

1. Marjorie V. Goodson (the Decedent) died on the 10th day of September 2023, a resident of Crook County, Wyoming.

2. The Decedent created the Myron W. and Marjorie V. Goodson Revocable Trust dated December 31, 1990.

3. Ralph W. Goodson is Successor Trustee of said trust.

4. The Successor Trustee of said trust hereby publishes notice of his intent to distribute the assets of the Settlor as permitted under the terms of the trust.

5. Creditors have 120 days from the first publication of this notice to contact the trust or make claims against the assets of the trust. Claims should be addressed to the Trustees of the Myron W. and Marjorie V. Goodson Revocable Trust dated December 31, 1990, in care of Legacy Planning, LLC, 210 E. Custer Street, Laramie, WY 82070. Creditor claims not filed within 120 days of the first publication are forever prohibited.
