CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by ONEOK Elk Creek Pipeline, L.L.C. to construct the Aladdin II Pump Station with the following equipment: three (3) electric pumps, one (1) flare to control VOC emissions from maintenance events, maintenance activities referred to as seal flush filter changes and pump seal losses, other maintenance activities including ten (10) valve blowdowns per year, one (1) pump strainer blowdown per year, eight (8) pump blowdowns per year and associated fugitive components. The Aladdin II Pump Station is located in the NE¼ NE¼ of Section 8, T54N, R61W, approximately twenty (20) miles east of Hulett, Crook County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031215 and permit number P0036952 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Crook County Library, Sundance, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Crook County Clerk’s Office, Sundance, Wyoming.

A public hearing will be conducted only if in the opinion of the administrator sufficient interest is generated or if an aggrieved party so requests.
