Dennis Conway

Dennis Conway, 67, of Sundance, Wyoming, left his home peacefully with his wife, Shirley, by his side on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

Dennis was a member of the Sundance Rod and Gun Club for many years. He was a member of the Crook County Museum District and Best of All...Dennis and Shirley were Santa and Mrs. Claus for 15 years for Sundance.

He and Shirley came to Sundance on vacation, both fell in love with the people and the town, so after his retirement, made their home in Sundance.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley; children Quintin (and wife Lori) Conway, Eric (and wife Tracy) Resinger, Justin Shoulders, Cody (and fiancé Angela) Conway and Sarah Conway; grandchildren, Kale Conway, Ella Conway, Fisher Conway, Lily Conway, Kaylie Resinger, Megan Resinger, Nick Lavanchy, Lexi Lavanchy, Gavin Shoulders, Lennox Shoulders, Kaiya Shoulders, Christian Conway, Selina Conway and Nevaeh Conway; and great-granddaughter, Viviana Castellanos.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dearl and Milblene Conway and sister, Lynn Conway.

Celebration of life for Dennis will be held at Old Stoney and Sundance Park on September 30, 2023 from noon until 3 p.m.
