NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is given that Warren Whalen, of 2615 Lookout Mountain Road, Spearfish, SD 57783, is the Trustee of an Irrevocable Trust for the benefit of Linda M. Peterson. Linda M. Peterson, died on June 11, 2023.

Creditors of the decedent must file their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or their claims may be barred.

Claims may be mailed to the Trustee at the address above or delivered to Nies Karras & Skjoldal, P.C., of 109 Main Street, Spearfish, South Dakota 57783, and shall be in writing indicating its basis, the name and address of the creditor, and the amount claimed.
