YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 2nd day of August, 2023, Oildigger Resources Fund I, LLLP, Applicant, filed in the above named Court an Amended Application for Decree of Distribution for the purpose of distributing royalty and/or interests in the oil, gas and other minerals in and underlying the following described lands situate in Crook County, Wyoming, by summary procedure:

Persons objecting to said amended application shall notify the District Court within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. If the District Court does not receive written objection by such date, the Court will enter a Decree of Distribution.
