PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AT THE COURTHOUSE IN SUNDANCE, CROOK COUNTY, WYOMING

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited to the Flag.

Present for the Restaurant Liquor license hearing for Kara Creek Ranch LLC were Doug Leis, Jeff Hodge, Julie Altaffer & Joe Baron. After discussion, Bob moved to deny the Restaurant Liquor license application. Kelly seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Kelly moved to allow all bills as presented. Bob seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Julie Altaffer, Clerk of District Court, & Jeff Hodge, County Sheriff, were present to discuss their budget requests. The clerk will adjust the final budget to reflect the requests; the Board will approve at their regular meeting on July 11th.

Bob moved to have the chairman sign a Lease Purchase Agreement, Delivery and Acknowledgement & Physical Damage/Liability Insurance on a 2023 John Deere Dozer. Kelly seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Kelly moved to approve Amendment One to the Contract Between Wyoming Department of Family Services and Crook County Board of County Commissioners. Bob seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

Bob moved to have the chairman sign a grant application for the Connecting Communities: A Strategic Plan for Road Improvement in Crook County. Kelly seconded, all ayes, motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 9:24 o’clock a.m. to meet in regular session on July 11 & 12, 2023, at 8:30 o’clock a.m. in the Commissioner Room at the Courthouse in Sundance, Wyoming.
