NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION

OF REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that an Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Crook County, Wyoming, by Marla M. Mitts pursuant to Wyoming Statute §2-1-205, seeking to establish the right and title to the following described real property in the name of Marla M. Mitts:

REAL PROPERTY

An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

Lot 1 and E½ of Lot 2, Block 39, Third Addition, Town of Sundance, County of Crook, State of Wyoming

TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances situate thereon or thereunto appertaining or belonging.

SUBJECT to all assessments, easements, and rights-of-way of record lawfully established.

Hearing on this matter is scheduled for the 7th day of August, 2023 at 8:00 o’clock a.m. in the Crook County Courthouse, Sundance, Wyoming.

Persons objecting to the application shall file an objection with the District Court not later than twenty (20) days following the mailing of the Notice of Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property or within thirty (30) days following the date of first publication of this notice. If the District Court does not receive written objection, the Applicant will request the Court enter a Decree of Distribution consistent with the Applicant’s Application.
