DISTRIBUTION UNDER W.S. § 2-1-205

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that an Application for Decree of Distribution Under W.S. § 2-1-205 has been filed in the above-named Court alleging that Steven W. Farber, at the time of his death, owned the following legally described oil, gas, and other mineral interests located in Crook County, Wyoming:

1.66667% undivided overriding royalty interest, in and to the following described United States Oil and Gas Lease and all producing oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances and all associated oil & gas wells described under said lease and set forth as follows:

Bureau of Land Management Lease #W-73441**

**The above referenced United States Oil & Gas Lease #W-73441 has been terminated and closed under date of June 2, 1992. The above described ORRI is no longer valid and has no appraised value effective of the date hereof.

1.66667% undivided overriding royalty interest, in and to the described United States Oil and Gas Lease and subject producing oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances and all associated oil & gas wells described and set forth as follows:

Township 51 North-Range 67 West, 6th P.M.

Section 08: SW4NE4, E2NW4, N2SE4, N2NE4, SE4NE4, from the surface to the stratigraphic equivalent of the depth drilled in the Natural Resources Federal #8-1 Well (5,150 feet subsurface)

The above described leasehold encompassing a total of 320 gross and net acres, more or less.

as well as the following legally described oil, gas, and other mineral interests located in Campbell County, Wyoming:

An undivided .028249% (0.00028249 NRI) in the Hitt #34-3-49-72 well, specific to all produced oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances from the said oil & gas well described and set forth as follows:

and requesting that the oil, gas, and other mineral interests be distributed to Brad Cook Farber, Successor Trustee of the Steven W. Farber Revocable Trust dated April 12, 2000, as amended and restated on March 4, 2022, further amended on December 11, 2022, and further amended and restated on January 20, 2016. Any objection to said Application must be filed in said Court within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication or within twenty (20) days after the mailing required by W.S. § 2-1-205(d), whichever is later. If no timely objections are filed, the Court shall enter the requested Decree establishing the right and title to said property.
