Charles and Loretta Durfee Revocable Trust and Loretta Durfee as co-trustee together with Charles Durfee, previously approved, all of Sundance, WY, Gerald and Peggy Hyatt Living Trust and Gerald Hyatt co-trustee together with Peggy Hyatt, previously approved, all of Bar Nunn, WY, Moline Revocable Trust and Brett R. Moline as co-trustee together with Judy Moline, previously approved, all of Laramie, WY, and Tranas Family Revocable Trust and Donald Tranas as co-trustee, together with Shirley Tranas, previously approved, all of Greybull, WY, of intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to retain shares of Sundance Bankshares, Sundance, Wyoming (the Company), and join the James R. Durfee Family Group, a group acting in concert that controls 10 percent or more of the Company. The Company controls Sundance State Bank, Sundance, Wyoming. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice.
Michael Taylor, Sundance, WY, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to retain shares of Sundance Bankshares, Sundance, Wyoming (the Company), and join the Richard Durfee Family Group, a group acting in concert that controls 25 percent or more of the Company. The Company controls Sundance State Bank, Sundance, Wyoming. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice.
