Shootout next week

There is a fun activity this Friday night, June 9 for our community at the golf course. It’s called the Sundance 10 Person Shootout and those who have attended the last four years have loved it!

The top ten golfers in the area from Gillette to Rapid City will all tee off on #1 and only two will remain when the group gets to #9. You can place bets, get some food and drink, grab a cart and follow the players around the course until there are only two left on the last hole.

The competition gets pretty intense but it’s all fun. The players play for a cash prize. They are from Gillette, Devils Tower, ElkHorn Ridge, Sundance and more, all of whom are excellent golfers and each one has a legitimate chance of being the last person standing.

The betting starts at 4:30 and ends at 5:55 p.m. You simply chose a player or players and place as many $5 bets as you wish.

Betting is very similar to horse racing so you can win even if your player comes in third. Come down, grab some free food, get a free cart, grab a beverage and follow the gallery and enjoy some exciting and intense competition!
