Blessings in a Backpack program was started up in Sundance in 2011. There have been many hands involved and donors throughout the years to keep this program going. We appreciate everyone that has had a role in Blessings!

Blessings in a Backpack would like to thank Richard and Gloria Malinowski, Powder River Energy Foundation, Sundance State Bank, Jacob Wood Ranch Foundation, Pine Ridge Ministries and the many community members that donated to our account at Decker’s Market as well as our National Blessings in a Backpack account.

Blessings wouldn’t be possible without our amazing volunteers: Em Gross, Karie Bankenbush, Kimberly King, Chelle Gillis, Ashley Sproul, Beth Sigel, Whitney, Liz Schneider and her students. We also appreciate Teresa Tenke and the local food pantry for helping out as well. First American Title has been amazing and provided space to be the headquarters for the Sundance Blessings Program!
