NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Cody J. Amende has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein he prays that the following-described property be set over and distributed, pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Connie Jean Ecklund, to Cody J. Amende and Kyle L. Amende:

A parcel of land located in the SE¼NW¼ of Section 28, T52N, R66W of the 6th P.M., Crook County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the north-south centerline of Section 28, said point is also being located on the centerline of Jones County Road No. 18, from which point the center ¼ corner of said Section 28 bears S 01º16’20” W a distance of 68.00’;

Thence N 89º14’32” W along the centerline of Jones County Road for a distance of 542.61’ to a point;

Thence N 00º18’28” E for a distance of 320.00’ to a plastic survey cap stamped LS 2070;

Thence S 89º14’32” E for a distance of 548.00’ to a point located on the north-south centerline of said Section 28, said point being a plastic survey cap stamped LS 2079;

Thence S 01º16’20” W along said north-south centerline for a distance of 320.00’ to the point of beginning.

If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, May 11th, 2023, the Court shall enter such a decree.
