Fueling the fire department

Hungry locals flocked to the shooting sports building on Saturday evening to support the Sundance Volunteer Fire Department. The annual chili feed attracted a crowd to enjoy a meal, live auction, card raffle and a kids-only silent auction. Now in its third year, the chili feed is one of the department's biggest fundraisers of the year. Saturday's event drew an estimated 184 attendees and raised around $18,000.
