NOTICE OF FINAL SUBDIVISION HEARING

Be advised that Caleb Massie, 79 Juniper Hills Road, Moorcroft, WY 82721 is hereby giving notice of a final subdivision hearing for a minor subdivision application. The proposed Hidden Canyon Estates Phase II Minor Subdivision lies in the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 17, T50N, R66W, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Crook County, Wyoming.

The Board of Crook County Commissioners will hold a final hearing to approve, conditionally approve or deny the application and plat of the Hidden Canyon Estates Phase II Minor Subdivision on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room at the Crook County Courthouse, 309 Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming.
