AMENDED NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Joan Skovgard has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein she prays that the following-described property be set over and distributed to her, pursuant to the Rule of Descent, W.S. §2-4-101:

Lot 3 and the W 35’ of Lot 2, Block 2, Town of Beulah, Crook County, Wyoming.

If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, March 23, 2023, the Court shall enter such a decree.
