Janice Elizabeth Eschedor

Janice Elizabeth Eschedor, 78, of Sundance, Wyoming, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at her daughter's home in Rockville, Maryland.

Jan was born and raised in Verndale, Minnesota. She moved to Minneapolis right after high school to work.

She met Gary and together they raised their children in N.E. Minneapolis. Jan was successful in creating a decorating business in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

After 35 years in Minneapolis, they retired outside of Sundance on a small property. Jan continued her decorating business for another ten years.

She was very active in Sundance to include playing in the local bell choir. Jan was an incredible mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and great-aunt.

She liked to laugh. She was a fantastic card player. She was amazing at putting herself before others and wanted no accolades. She had never-ending patience. She was friend to so many. She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Saint Paul Catholic Church in Sundance Rite of Committal was Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, South Dakota.

Should friends desire, the family suggests memorial contributions may be sent to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (https://lls.org) in her name.
