NOTICE

Alan R. Richards, as Trustee of the Nancy D. Richards Living Trust dated April 14, 2001 and as Trustee of the Joseph L. Richards Living Trust dated April 14, 2001 (collectively, “Trusts”), hereby gives notice pursuant to W.S. § 4-10-507 of his intent to distribute the property of the settlors, Nancy D. Richards and Joseph L. Richards, as permitted under the terms of the Trusts. Creditors have 120 days from the first publication of this notice to make claims, which must be in writing, against the assets of the Trusts. The time allowed for commencing a proceeding to contest the validity of the Trusts or of the proposed distributions by the Trustee is 120 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. Claims should be addressed to the Trustee of either Trust as follows: Nancy D. Richards Living Trust or Joseph L. Richards Living Trust, c/o Dustin J. Richards, Pence and MacMillan LLC, P.O.
