Street Surfacing Improvements

City of Sundance

The City of Sundance, Wyoming is accepting bids to pave and do minor street repair in the City of Sundance.

Bids will be opened and read publicly at the city council room on February 22, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. The City Council will take action on the bids at a later date.

The work will consist of milling approximately 4480 Square Yards and laying approximately 1275 tons of asphalt paving overlay on existing pavement prior to June 30, 2023.

The project size may be adjusted to meet the funding available. The City of Sundance retains the right to select the bid that is most advantageous to the city and may reject any or all bids without cause.

Bid sheet and location map can be obtained from Sundance City Hall during normal business hours. The sealed bids will be submitted in an envelope plainly marked as “SUNDANCE STREETS BID” to the City of Sundance, P.O. Box 542, Sundance, WY 82729-0542. Any bid received after 3:00 p.m. on February 22, 2023 will be rejected and remain unopened.
