NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF AND FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §§ 16-6-116, Notice is hereby given that the City of Sundance, Wyoming, has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications, and rules governing the same, the work performed under that certain contract dated 6 July 2021, between the City of Sundance, Wyoming, and Hot Iron, Inc. PO Box 1067, Gillette, WY 82717 the Contractor, for construction of the City of Sundance’s Kid Tank and Water Line Replacement Project and the Contractor is entitled to final payment therefore: that the City of Sundance will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due to them under said contract upon the 41st day after the date of the first publication.

The date of the first publication of this notice shall be the 29th of September 2022. The date for payment of the final settlement shall then be the 9th of November 2022.
